![]() ![]() ![]() On Sunday, July 30th, 2023, at 8:20 pm, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a reported suspicious person at Target, 3000 Countryside Dr, Turlock, who was known to shoplift and was filling up a bin with merchandise and baby formula. Neal was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of failing to register as a sex offender and violation of parole. The parole agent found that there was probable cause a violation of parole had occurred, so he authorized that Neal be placed on a hold while awaiting a parole revocation hearing. The officer then called Neal’s parole agent and advised him that Neal was out of compliance with the terms of his sex offender registration. When the officer had his dispatcher run the three, he discovered that Neal was a sex offender out of compliance with the terms of his registration and was on parole for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon or person addicted to a narcotic.Īll three subjects were removed from the vehicle and detained so that a search could be conducted. The officer made contact with and identified the vehicle’s three occupants, including passenger Donnell Neal, 25, of Modesto. On Monday, July 31st, 2023, at 5:10 pm, a Turlock Police officer near Domino’s, 1211 W Monte Vista Ave, Turlock, observed a man driving a vehicle violate the California Vehicle Code, so he made a traffic stop on him. ![]()
